Information We Do Not Collect

iMetch does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Photos or images you capture or verify
• Your name, email address, or any identifying information
• Your location history
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to external servers
• Any biometric, health, or financial data

There is no account system. There is no login. There is no backend server associated with this app.

Camera Access

iMetch requires access to your device camera to function. The camera is used solely to allow you to take photos within the app. No camera feed, image frame, or captured photo is transmitted outside your device at any time.

Location Access

iMetch requests access to your device location when you capture a photo. Your GPS coordinates are embedded directly into the photo file at the moment of capture as part of the tamper-evident seal. This location data is stored only within the photo file on your device — it is never transmitted to any server or shared with any third party.

You can disable location access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → iMetch. If location is disabled, photos will still be captured and sealed without GPS coordinates.

Photo Library Access

iMetch requests permission to save photos to your photo library after capture, and to read photos from your library when using the Verify feature. Photos accessed from your library are processed entirely on your device for verification purposes. No photo content is copied, transmitted, or stored outside your device.

On-Device Processing

All processing in iMetch — including recapture detection, cryptographic stamping, and photo verification — runs entirely on your iPhone. No image data is sent to an external server for analysis at any stage.

Data Storage

iMetch does not maintain a database of your photos, stamps, or verification results. The cryptographic seal is embedded in the photo file itself and remains under your control at all times.

Third-Party Services

iMetch does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

iMetch does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be made available through the App Store listing. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
